The hotel had perfect rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and a lovely shower with great water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel is conveniently located near a local market and is within walking distance of attractions like the Heineken Experience. The tram stop is also nearby, making it easy to get around the city.

Enjoyed this place, it was clean and had very good location and staff. There were very comfy beds and a personal safe, an iron/ironing board and an electronic key card inside the room. Located near a tram station. Very pleasant stay, we had all essentials.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, just a short tram ride away from the bustling city center. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The room, although on the smaller side, was clean and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, such as the comfortable bed and the daily amenities provided. The breakfast included in the rate was a nice touch, with a good variety of options to choose from.

Throughout our stay, whether we were grabbing a quick coffee or heading out, they always acknowledged us in a friendly manner. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, super helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, unlike another nearby hotel. We stayed in two different rooms and both had plenty of daylight, air conditioning, and a radiator, which was great. The location was perfect, within walking distance to public transport and the city center. It was also quiet and away from the crowds. There were nice restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast was quite good and we loved the ability to have coffee whenever we wanted. Plus, there was a vending machine in the lobby that accepted coins and credit cards.
